Shipping Information
We aim to package and dispatch goods within one working day of orders being received. In the event that this processing and dispatch is to be delayed by more than two working days customers will be contacted by email to provide further information. The exception to this is products which are clearly marked as 'Special Orders' which may take longer to be prepared and dispatched. In this case customers will be contacted by email and provided further infromation about expected dispatch and delivery times.

All products are shipped using the UK Royal Mail postal service. The Royal Mail aim to deliver all first class post the working day following dispatch, however we advise our customers to allow up to three working days.
Airmail delivery to addresses in Europe can take up to 5 working days following dispatch.

Postage prices are calculated based upon the weight of products ordered plus packaging costs and dispatch fees.
Please note that many of our products can not be delivered though a standard letterbox due to their size. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a suitable delivery address is provided where orders can be accepted. In the case of orders made with the First Class Recorded Delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Orchard Stables only ship orders to countries within the Royal Mail European postal zone.

Refunds & Returns
We will be happy to provide a full refund, excluding postage, for items returned and received within 14 days of the original purchase as long as they are unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. Please contact us in advance should you wish to return an item in this manner at info@orchardstables.co.uk.

If orders contain damaged, faulty or incorrect products please contact us within one week of receipt at info@orchardstables.co.uk explaining the nature of the problem. Once faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are returned by the customer, Orchard Stables will provide a full refund or replacement depending upon availability in addition to refunding the original postage charges for the item in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
